Machaca Torta

Shredded beef mixed with onion, bell peppers, and egg. The bottom slice has mayo and beans, then we place the machaca on top of the beans with cheese. on top of the meat, we place lettuce, tomatoes, onion, and avocado with a little sour cream on the top slice of the torta.
